Terms and Conditions

1. The Green Orbit Digital Referral Scheme is open to existing, previous, and non-Green Orbit Digital clients. There is a separate scheme for agencies and suppliers.
2. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. For example, if you recommend three companies and we receive three signed order confirmations, you will be rewarded three times.
3. All referrals must be submitted via the web form on the Green Orbit Digital website.
4. The referred company must sign an order confirmation for Green Orbit Digital services, with a minimum commitment of three months.
5. The referred company must not already be in discussions for a potential agreement with Green Orbit Digital through any other channels.
6. To qualify for your reward, the referred business/organisation must not cancel their contract with Green Orbit Digital for any reason within one month of signing.
7. Green Orbit Digital reserves the right to cancel or revoke referral rewards if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected in relation to the Green Orbit Digital Client Referral Scheme.
8. All calls related to referrals may be recorded and/or monitored.
9. Green Orbit Digital reserves the right to change or withdraw the Referral Scheme at any time at its discretion.
